11 months in Molfetta Blog dei volontari
Ciao!! I'm Adri, I'm 19 years old and I've done my volunteer project in Molfetta, a small town in the south of Puglia.
I had the opportunity to be in a kindergarden, primary and secondary school...and I can say it was the best decision of my life.
The begginings are not easy, since you're far away from your family and friends, as well as you arrive to a different country, with a new language, and you meet nobody. However, as all the volunteers are in the same situations, you don't feel alone and the mentors are the best ones :).
Taking part of this experience has helped me to realise that being a teacher is not so easy, and how lovely kids can be. About my personal life, it helped me a lot to grow up, to meet friends who will be forever in my heart, to travel a lot, to get to know different languages and cultures, to develop my skills, to enjoy every second of the day and to do new things...
