I am very happy that I decided to participate in the ESC programme because, thanks to it, I have been able to meet many new people from different parts of the world, new cultures, and even new languages. I have also been able to travel and get to know different cities and now, in my last months here, I want to discover even more new places.

I couldn't be happier that my old self decided to go abroad. I feel that the Sofia who will return to Spain in a few months will not be the same as the one who came here. This experience changes your life. You learn to live on your own, to manage your time and money, and to be responsible.

During this time, I have had the opportunity to participate in a lot of projects that have given me a lot of different knowledge that I am sure will help me in the future.

I am very excited to go back home, but at the same time, I am very sad to leave this new city, where I have felt so comfortable.
