Thomas and his journey.... continue! Volunteers say
We received an update from Thomas about his experience as a volunteer in Ventispils, Latvia.
Thomas sent us photos from the last period.
As for musical events, he is carrying out the cycle of events on European music, involving other volunteers he knows (from Ukraine, Italy, Greece and France).
During the Christmas holidays his sister came to visit him, and together they organized a small workshop of Christmas decorations.
At the beginning of February Thomas and a friend of his, always a volunteer, took a short trip to Norway, to Bergen.
He also told us about the new arrivals: a couple of weeks ago in Ventspils, Latvia (where Thomas is doing his year as an ESC) two new volunteers arrived, both from France. The guys are giving them a tour of the area. They also took them to see the open-air museum.
Thomas also told us about the progress of the Italian courses for Latvians: he has indeed embarked on the undertaking of teaching his language to local people and this project is going well.
