Then this is the opportunity you were looking for! The organization Gigos is currently selecting volunteers for numerous projects: they will be submitted the the National Agency before the deadline of the 1st of April and, if approved, they will start in July.
What kind of activities are we talking about?
The hosting organizations are working with social disabled children and youngsters between 3 and 25 years of age. Currently the selection process is open for 10 volunteers placed on 5 different projects. Volunteers will work in entertainment for this youngsters, and this means proposing new activities, assisting the normal work of the staff, foster the participation in the activities. The essential aim of the projects is to integrate these youngster in the community, helping them in accepting themselves.
