The Sunflower
In the Journey of my life,
to Trentino were led the steps of mine.
A northern place on Italian maps.
Surrounded by astonishing mountains – Alps.
Now visible every morning when I open my eyes,
when the sun starts to shine on the heights.
Yet, not as warm is in here as should it be…
in Italy.
I strongly believe in the Light of human hearts…
so I chose it… or it chose me –
Casa Lamar, home for the people touched by HIV.
About it you should know, the live in here…
…is very slow…
…like in a nursing home.
One should be kind, humble and with great soft skills…
to find him or herself very well in here.
Is a pain in the ass… to live in Pergine.
So far away, thy can’t imagine.
To balance it here, in the house of mine…
such a lovely people do live…
and so do I.
For transport - I have one day a week free.
As Antonio – my boss is golden…
as one can ever be.
