Luigi Balacco

Luigi Balacco is a youth worker and a founding member of InCo. Since 2001, after graduating from Political Science, Luigi has participated in many international mobility programs abroad, as a participant and project manager, programs such as Socrates/Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Erasmus+. Luigi is currently the coordinator of our InCo office in Molfetta where he is managing the international programs, the strategic development and partnerships as well as the administrative aspects. Through the constant connection with the local and international partners, Luigi is successfully implementing projects and activities connected to the needs of the region and of the target groups.
