Kerstin Oschmann

Founder and manager of InCo Trento. The association was created by her together with a group of friends in 2004, with the aim of promoting international volunteering opportunities at that time still little known in Italy. The idea of engaging in the field of intercultural exchanges was born after a period of voluntary work in Mexico and took shape after having achieved a Masters in Intercultural Pedagogy at the University of Berlin. In the early years she coordinated the various voluntary and international exchange programs and managed all the administrative aspects of the association. Today she is mainly involved in the strategic development of InCo, implementing new programs and projects and establishing new partnerships.
