What do I need to provide the volunteer?

Hosting organization need to fulfill the following requisites.

Food and accomodation

Hosting organizations need to provide food and accomodation for the incoming volutneers.

Pocket Money

The organization needs to provide the volunteer with a weekly or monthly pocket money (Youth in Action program decides on the amount)

Language learning

The hosting organization needs to provide a language training for the volunteers, so for him/her to be able to live successfully in the local community. This training is counted as working hours.

Mentos

Each organization need to appoint a mentor who is responsible for the learning and the training of the volunteer and to whom the volunteer can speak to in case of problems.

Local transportation

Hosting organization needs to provide the means (and pay for them) for the volunteer to come to work.
